Terms of Service


These Terms of Service exclusively apply to all orders or deliveries, nationally or internationally, processed by PINNOW Gesundheitswelt GmbH, subsequently mentioned as PIN, and for future business transactions.
Deviations from these terms require explicit confirmation by PIN, as do all other contractual agreements. 

1. Prices
The prices displayed in the shop apply. Should a specific price not be agreed upon, it is set by the price at the time of the delivery. The ordering customer has the right, in case of a price increase, to withdraw from the contract. The prices are set starting at the depot in Berlin. The displayed prices include the value added tax at the time of the billing. 

2. Packaging
The delivery cartons are calculated in part at the net cost price and can not be returned. We try to prevent unnecessary packaging, where possible, therefore we also use simple packaging. 

3. Contract
The contract is valid when the order is being processed. The orderer is bound to the contract from the beginning, however. The acceptance of the contract requires the creditworthiness of the customer. PIN reserves the right of withdrawal. 

4. Right of withdrawal for online purchases
You have the right to cancel the contract on which your order is based within 14 days and without giving a reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you (but not the shipper), take possession of the final goods ordered.
For the water filters, the cancellation period is 30 days.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must contact us using the contact details below and clearly state in writing that you have decided to cancel the contract on which your order is based, before the cancellation period is expired. The withdrawal should be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation

Should you decide to cancel the contract, we are to refund the payment including shipping costs, excluding additional costs that resulted in choosing a different delivery method other than our cheapest offered standard delivery, within 14 days, starting at the day we received your message of withdrawal. We will refund you using the same payment method you used to conduct the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed something else with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We reserve the right to withhold payment of the refund until we have received the items or until you have provided proof that you have returned the items, whichever happens first. 

In case of a return of a delivery, you will have to cover the costs of the return, if the returned ware is identical to the ordered one.
Please make sure to stamp the return package sufficiently, otherwise, we might have to subtract the shipping cost from your return refund.

5. Delivery
The delivery is dictated by the delivery details provided by the orderer. PIN reserves the right to apply constructional and changes in shape during the time of delivery, as long as the changes do not change the look of the ordered product completely. The delivery takes place after the withdrawal period ran out. The delivery dates are approximate.  

6. Shipping
Shipping is at the expense and risk of the purchaser. It is calculated on the day of the delivery according to the valid delivery fee. We accept no liability for damage or loss during transport. This applies even if PIN has taken over the transport costs. PIN selects, unless stated differently, the type of shipping. 

7. Payment
Payments are to be made directly to PIN. The type of payment is determined by the customer when placing the order. Payment methods: Surname, Bank direct debit and prepayment by transfer. 
8. Liability
PIN is liable for defects of the delivery item according to the warranty. Claims for conversion or reduction are excluded, damage claims are limited by the amount of the purchase price. A claim for compensation for damage which does not concern the delivery item itself is excluded. The purchaser is obliged to check the goods immediately upon receipt. Visible transport and packaging damage must be reported immediately to the deliverer. Any complaints that are not covered by the guarantee regulations must be reported to PIN within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The replacement delivery will be carried out as soon as possible. Of the direct costs arising from the replacement delivery, PIN carries the costs of the replacement parts including the dispatch in Germany, as far as the complaint proves to be justified. Otherwise, the costs shall be borne by the customer. In the case of deliveries which are destined for the foreign country, the warranty shall be assumed to the extent specified here only if the defective parts are sent to PIN free of shipping and others charges. If the complaint is justified, the exchange takes place at the factory. The re-transmission to the customer is carried out at the expense of PIN. No guarantee is given in particular for damages resulting from the following reasons: unsuitable or improper storage or use; Faulty assembly or commissioning by the customer or by third parties; Natural wear; Modification or intervention; Faulty or negligent treatment. 

9. Guaranteed service
PIN guarantees that the item being delivered is free from defects in the time of the guarantee and according to the respective manual.

10. Return
Returns are to be sent stamped. Otherwise, the return can not be accepted, due to the additional postal charges. 

11. Reservation of property
Until the purchase price has been paid in full, the delivered goods remain the property of PIN. The orderer undertakes to keep it free of charge for PIN. Until the property is acquired, he is not entitled to pledge the goods to third parties or to surrender them for security purposes. 

12. Reimportation
The reimportation of goods delivered by PIN abroad or the sale of goods destined for foreign countries other than Germany is only permitted with the written permission of PIN. The customer is held to compensate the entire damage caused by a breach by the customer or his buyer against this provision. 

13. Place of fulfillment and jurisdiction

The place of fulfillment for payments is Berlin. The place of jurisdiction for both parties is Berlin.
The decisive factor is exclusively the German law;
The application of the uniform laws of 17.07.73 on the international purchase of movable property and the conclusion of international sales contracts on movable property is however excluded.
